Provide industry-leading client service in branch and by phone while developing and expanding client relationships. Deliver financial solutions through consultative conversations, meeting client service and individual/branch sales targets. Support the team sales process by handling routine maintenance requests, resolving client issues, and routing more complex needs to internal specialists. Take loan applications and cross-train for teller duties as needed, while following internal controls and risk management policies.
