Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop engineering designs, material specs, project cost estimates, and support feasibility studies and economic analysis.
  • •Ensure designs meet required standards and codes; validate field work and create as-built drawings.
  • •Manage project execution by directing vendors and contractors and coordinating schedules with plant personnel.
  • •Conduct pre-project planning, define scope of work, prepare/evaluate proposals, and provide regular status reports to management.
  • •Lead and coach engineering teams while managing bid packages, contract administration, budgets, plans, and installation monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •2+ years’ experience in a leadership role including team development and management.
  • •Ability to apply engineering principles to operational and design issues.
  • •Knowledge of installation and construction project scheduling and strong project management plus contract administration skills.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; strong written and oral communication skills.
