Branch Leader I or II Market Street

Lead all aspects of an assigned Truist branch, driving branch performance through coaching, managing, and business development. Grow small business and Mass Affluent revenue via client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management, partnering with IRM and operations leaders. Manage human capital across interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, while building a One Team culture within the branch.
