Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multidisciplinary design teams across infrastructure and land development projects, mentoring and developing team members.
  • •Manage the end-to-end design process from concept through detailed design and construction support, ensuring quality throughout all stages.
  • •Coordinate and align disciplines including roads, utilities, drainage, public realm, transportation, and structures to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • •Serve as primary client interface for design delivery, leading design reviews, workshops, and progress presentations, and coordinating with authorities and utility providers.
  • •Monitor project progress and commercial performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives, including risk identification and design change control.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years' experience in engineering consultancy environments.
  • •Proven experience as a Design Manager, Design Lead, or similar leadership role on major multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • •Significant experience delivering infrastructure for large-scale master-planned and land development projects.
  • •Strong KSA project experience with an in-depth understanding of local authority requirements and leading international engineering consultancy experience.
