Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end IT lifecycle for employees worldwide, including onboarding/offboarding, provisioning access, shipping devices, and removing access securely.
  • •Manage the endpoint & device fleet lifecycle globally, including procurement, imaging, deployment, maintenance, inventory, warranties, and refresh cycles.
  • •Administer and maintain JAMF (Jamf Pro) for application distribution, configuration, patching, zero-touch enrollment, and policy/compliance enforcement across the Apple fleet.
  • •Deploy, monitor, and maintain endpoint security (EDR) and partner with Security on endpoint hardening, compliance, and incident response.
  • •Lead and mentor a small IT/helpdesk team, manage vendor/consultant relationships (including contracts and SLAs), and deliver scalable IT support to remote and distributed sites.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of IT experience in SaaS/technology companies, with hands-on ownership of IT operations in a scaling environment.
  • •Proven experience administering JAMF (Jamf Pro) for macOS/Apple fleet device management and application distribution.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and EDR/endpoint security tooling.
  • •Experience managing global endpoint fleets, including procurement, deployment, and lifecycle of laptops and equipment.
  • •Solid grounding in IT security and compliance best practices (IAM, MDM, SSO, endpoint hardening) and strong support for remote, distributed teams.
