Customer Experience Banker-(Midland, MI)

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, building and retaining consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and needs. Recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products, process transactions accurately, and balance daily while providing exemplary customer service. Use a disciplined sales approach, outbound follow-up, and referrals to grow customer relationships, and educate customers on deposit products and other bank resources in line with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
