Job Summary

Lead BIM efforts to develop and analyze the virtual construction process, improving construction efficiency, cost savings, and project documentation. Define and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows, oversee BIM model creation and quality control (clashes, errors, compliance), and integrate BIM into project coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors. Manage BIM tools and licenses, train teams on BIM methodologies, support HSE initiatives, and act as a liaison with clients on BIM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to streamline design and technical processes across projects.
•Provide leadership and guidance to BIM teams to ensure consistent BIM methodologies and best practices.
•Oversee creation and management of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and standards.
•Conduct quality control checks on BIM deliverables, reviewing models for clashes, errors, and inconsistencies.
•Manage BIM software licenses and resources, train project staff on BIM tools and methodologies, and support HSE initiatives aligned with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
•Proficient in BIM for creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, or BIM 360.
•Strong understanding of architectural, engineering, and construction principles to integrate BIM into design and technical processes.
•Advanced knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows tailored to project requirements and best practices.
•ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills is required for success in the role.
