•Recruiting & onboarding: Own job postings, candidate screening, reference checks and interview coordinating with managers; Develop job postings matching the needs of each department.
•Training & development: Coordinate LMS build-out and training programs; Maintain training libraries and ensure resources are available for new hires.
•Policies, compliance & employee relations: Maintain employee handbook, ensure HR compliance with labor laws and best practices; act as neutral point of contact for employee concerns.
•Performance management: Own 90-day onboarding reviews, quarterly and annual performance reviews; document performance improvement steps as needed.
•Culture, engagement & retention: Plan and execute culture programs, stay interviews, employee events, and communication of company updates.
