Visual Lead - City Place

Lead store visual merchandising to drive sales and maximize profitability. Partner with the Visual Manager and Operations team to plan and execute floor changes, maintain product presentation, and manage operational workflows like shipment, receiving, replenishment, and inventory. Use reporting tools to identify business opportunities through product placement and stock levels. Inspire and coach associates, supporting recruitment and development while managing budgets, expenses, and vendor/facilities coordination.
