Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide primary review of premium audits, primarily General Liability and Workers Compensation (including garage and auto liability).
  • •Independently determine whether audits meet Afirm QC requirements, state-specific requirements, and client-specific requirements.
  • •Validate time charges using audit details and/or explanations.
  • •Manage an inventory of audits to review and meet production requirements and expectations.
  • •Support auditor quality by providing technical guidance and clear information through direct communication during the review process.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have experience with workers' compensation and general liability.
  • •Must have extensive knowledge of manual rules, including Basic Manual, Commercial Lines Manual, and state-specific manuals.
  • •Thorough experience using PAAS (codes, bulletins, FAQ’s, and chart of state exceptions).
  • •Proficient in Workers’ Comp and General Liability audits, with knowledge of garage and auto liability audits a plus.
  • •Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel) and excellent written communication to identify errors and resolution steps.
