Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global GSI relationship at partner and C-suite level, building trusted relationships across client, practice, and delivery teams.
  • •Define and execute a multi-year joint strategy positioning dbt + Fivetran as the default open data infrastructure layer for enterprise AI and agentic workflow delivery.
  • •Drive practitioner adoption by ensuring certifications, reference architectures, and use case playbooks, and embed the platform into delivery architectures, RFPs, and proposals.
  • •Design enablement and joint go-to-market campaigns, including client-facing agentic AI value accelerators built on the NewCo platform.
  • •Source and develop pipeline through the alliance, co-sell with account teams, and track alliance health, performance signals, and attributed closed business.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management in the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing complex, global relationships with major consulting firms or global system integrators at a senior level.
  • •Deep understanding of the modern data stack and the business value of open data infrastructure (dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent preferred).
  • •Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and partner level, understanding how GSIs make decisions, build practices, and go to market.
  • •Strong commercial instincts and a cross-functional track record influencing without direct authority across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations.
