Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the buying strategy for luxury footwear and accessories aligned with business objectives.
  • •Lead seasonal buying, assortment planning, OTB management, and product lifecycle decisions to maximize sales, margin, and profitability.
  • •Build and strengthen relationships with international luxury brands, negotiating commercial terms and creating long-term partnerships.
  • •Represent Level Shoes with senior luxury-industry stakeholders, including CEOs and Brand Directors.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Buyers, and partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant buying leadership experience within a luxury retail environment.
