Key Responsibilities

•Discovery and baseline: sit with a team, map how work runs, identify where quality breaks, and measure the starting point.
•Build and implement redesigned processes using a tool-agnostic playbook, including agents, automations, Claude/Codex skills, and prompt libraries.
•Drive adoption by coaching teams in their own setups so they confidently run the new way of working.
•Measure success via adoption and workflow impact such as time saved, cost reduction, cycle time, or new capabilities.
•For newly acquired brands, onboard teams into tools and set up core workflows and support from the start.

Key Requirements

•4-5+ years of professional experience in a real function, and the ability to speak the language of the team you embed with.
•Hands-on, day-to-day AI fluency using Claude and/or Codex, including building workflow components like skills and checking outputs for correctness.
•Ability to explain AI concepts (e.g., MCP, skills, agents, plugins) in plain words and choose the right approach for each situation.
•Operator mindset: decompose messy workflows into steps AI can run, identify high-value opportunities, and design human review and failure handling.
•Strong change management: win trust and drive adoption through hands-on work and clear storytelling; success measured by what the team adopts.
