Key Responsibilities

  • •Set technical direction for key parts of Telescope, including architecture, component standards, release practices, and quality bars.
  • •Drive and evolve the contribution model and how product teams interact with Design Systems.
  • •Own and improve request intake, including triage, prioritisation, and expectations.
  • •Improve developer/contributor experience via tooling and automation such as visual testing workflows, adoption/system health measurement, and docs publishing.
  • •Coach and mentor engineers, lead rituals for team alignment, and contribute hands-on code in a strategy-and-execution role.
