Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Agree the project brief, deliverables, programme, and resource plan in India to meet time and cost.
  • •Ensure quality of detailed EICA design to WSP and UK regulations, including complex calculations and coordination issues.
  • •Coordinate design work with due consideration of Health & Safety, CDM, and Quality Assurance standards.
  • •Communicate and update local Indian and wider UK project teams on programme delivery and quality using KPIs and staff utilization charts.
  • •Lead the design process, set clear goals, monitor progress, and mentor junior team members to deliver cost-effective solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and membership to an accredited engineering body.
  • •Proven experience in the design of EICA Engineering.
  • •Be conversant with technical electrical software such as EOM and Dialux.
  • •Be a member of an appropriate professional institute (Chartered or working towards).
  • •Be fluent in English and have an essential understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and project tools.
