Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the financial health of multiple major functional areas and serve as primary finance partner to 3+ C-level executives on resource allocation, investment strategy, and long-term planning.
  • •Develop and implement analytical frameworks and identify efficiency opportunities and operational improvements.
  • •Lead and develop a team of finance professionals by setting performance expectations and building a continuous improvement culture.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance leadership on budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and strategic priorities.
  • •Shape company-wide investment decisions using financial models, scenario analysis, business cases, and variance reporting for senior leadership and the CFO’s office.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in FP&A or strategic finance (or investment banking), with significant leadership experience in high-growth technology companies.
  • •At least 2 years of direct people management experience, including coaching and developing finance professionals.

  • •Ability to build, maintain, and present complex financial models that inform executive decisions across multiple functional areas.
