Senior Associate - Accounts Receivable - Collections

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable collections by acting as a primary point of contact for customers. Expedite collection of delinquent payments through inbound/outbound calls and email, process correspondence, and maintain accurate customer account status. Investigate and monitor customer disputes, escalate issues, and recommend alternative payment plans while coordinating with internal sales and customer care teams to achieve collection KPIs and service standards.
