Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeted at retail users, including promotions, product launches, and engagement strategies.
  • •Assist in preparing campaign proposals, submitting budgets for approval, and compiling post-campaign reports to analyze performance and ROI.
  • •Help coordinate and host both online and offline events such as product showcases, community meetups, webinars, and promotional activations.
  • •Foster and manage user communities across platforms (e.g., Telegram, Facebook, etc.), engage with members, and monitor community sentiment.
  • •Constantly work on new campaigns, channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth

Key Requirements

  • •Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., online forums, ambassador programs, event series, email newsletters).
  • •Experience in managing online/offline events.
  • •Experience managing social media (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
  • •Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • •Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with strong time management.
