Job Summary

Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, identify financial needs, and recommend retail consumer and small business solutions. Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools, cross-sell to deepen relationships, and support outside sales activities. Process teller transactions and participate in loan and bankcard workflows, while maintaining risk awareness, confidentiality, and ethical conduct to drive customer experience and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, ending with a certification to perform the Retail Personal Banker role.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, owning sourced loans from application through closing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
