Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure and quality‑assure project and asset information
  • •Produce material from document management systems, asset systems, and registries
  • •Ensure correct metadata, naming, and information structure
  • •Cross-check data between systems and investigate discrepancies
  • •Establish and administer digital project spaces and support project managers in information management and system use

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years experience as documentation owner or similar role within roads, tracks or railways in maintenance/asset management (must be current)
  • •Minimum 1 year experience from a client/ordering organization
  • •Experience with document management systems within the public sector
  • •System knowledge of Chaos
  • •Technical university degree or equivalent experience
