Coordinate digital information management for infrastructure projects, supporting project leaders with structured metadata, quality assurance, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities

•Structure and quality‑assure project and asset information
•Produce material from document management systems, asset systems, and registries
•Ensure correct metadata, naming, and information structure
•Cross-check data between systems and investigate discrepancies
•Establish and administer digital project spaces and support project managers in information management and system use

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years experience as documentation owner or similar role within roads, tracks or railways in maintenance/asset management (must be current)
•Minimum 1 year experience from a client/ordering organization
•Experience with document management systems within the public sector
•System knowledge of Chaos
•Technical university degree or equivalent experience
