Job Summary

Lead on-site construction supervision for infrastructure works, acting as the Engineer’s representative and primary interface between client and contractor. Oversee daily site activities, monitor progress against approved programs, and report performance. Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, submissions, and inspections, while ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations, project specifications, and HSE requirements. Coordinate multidisciplinary supervision teams and manage claims, variations, and project closeout handover documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
•Act as the primary point of contact between the client, contractor, and project stakeholders.
•Monitor progress against approved programmes and report project performance.
•Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, and inspection requests.
•Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations, project specifications, and HSE requirements; coordinate multidisciplinary supervision teams and lead site meetings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
•Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction supervision.
•Minimum 5 years as Resident Engineer on large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use developments.
•Strong experience in roads, utilities, wet and dry services, and public realm projects.
•UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
