Key Responsibilities

•Own attribution, incrementality, LTV/CAC, customer segmentation, forecasting, and experimentation across our business units; set the methodologies and improve them as we learn.
•Build the analytical view of how our businesses reinforce each other; identify real vs aspirational flywheels and what investments accelerate them.
•Scale experimentation by establishing infrastructure and review processes across product, marketing, and growth.
•Oversee and evolve the data platform, deciding gaps to fill and how to grow the foundation with demand.
•Lead and grow a three-person data team (data engineering and analytics) and serve as a thought partner to the CFO, CEO, and GMs.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in data science, decision science, or growth analytics, including hands-on practitioner work; at least 2 years leading teams
•Deep expertise in attribution, causal inference, experimentation, LTV/CAC, segmentation, forecasting, and marketplace measurement
•Strong Python and SQL; recent model-building experience
•Track record of influencing executive decisions through data analysis, with concrete examples
•Exceptional written communication and ability to operate across product, marketing, and growth teams
