Job Summary

Lead the global governance and guardrails for Mastercard’s Network Behavior Management (NBM) program. Develop repeatable analytics to measure NBM performance (harm, benefits, and more) and use them to support program communication. Manage the NBM Revenue Transformation Steering Committee and ensure an exit strategy for NBM fees. Oversee a team of data analysts producing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analytics, and drive adherence to the governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop repeatable analytics to measure NBM program performance (e.g., harm, benefits) to support the program communication strategy.
•Manage the NBM Revenue Transformation Steering Committee, including exit strategy planning for NBM fees and mapping behavior against MA solutions.
•Manage a team of data analysts to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual analytics for the full program and ensure consistent global performance measurement.
•Manage adherence to the NBM program governance framework.
•Evolve and implement NBM governance and guardrails globally as part of the program rollout.

Key Requirements

•Progressive leadership experience in payment fraud at a regional or global level.
•Strong expertise in payment fraud analytics, network or product security, and cross-functional governance.
