Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop repeatable analytics to measure NBM program performance (e.g., harm, benefits) to support the program communication strategy.
  • •Manage the NBM Revenue Transformation Steering Committee, including exit strategy planning for NBM fees and mapping behavior against MA solutions.
  • •Manage a team of data analysts to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual analytics for the full program and ensure consistent global performance measurement.
  • •Manage adherence to the NBM program governance framework.
  • •Evolve and implement NBM governance and guardrails globally as part of the program rollout.
