Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and define the video pipeline architecture by selecting image sensors and the ISP/SoC platform based on resolution, codecs, dynamic range, and power requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain the Linux BSP for prototypes, including U-Boot bootloader, kernel config, device tree, sensor drivers, ISP pipeline, and streaming stack setup and optimization.
  • •Collaborate with hardware engineers during schematic and PCB tracing by reviewing the scheme/PCB (video interfaces, power, EMI/EMC-critical areas) and adjusting technical requirements.
  • •Perform hardware debugging of prototypes by verifying digital/analog interface signals, network signals, and power chains.
  • •Participate in firmware development for the final device across stages (debugging, performance and power optimization, release) and work with QA to review and adjust test cases.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of embedded development with deep Embedded Linux knowledge (U-Boot, ARM toolchains, kernel, RootFS, BusyBox).
  • •Proficiency in C, shell scripting, and tools including Git and make.
  • •Knowledge of ARM processor architecture.
  • •Experience with digital/analog interfaces including I2C, SPI, UART/TTL, Ethernet, USB, HDMI, MIPI, SATA, and eMMC.
  • •Experience with peripherals such as sensors, actuators, controllers, accelerometers, etc.
