Drive talent development, accountability, and a culture of high performance while shaping the next generation of AEs and managers.

•Build and iterate on a data-driven outbound and inbound strategy

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of sales / SDR leadership experience in a high-growth technology company
•Located in the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to commute to the office up to 3x per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
•Deep understanding of modern SDR processes and tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav, 6sense, Zoominfo, etc.
•Experience executing an outbound multichannel strategy and optimizing playbooks
•Consistent track record of exceeding quota while both leading a team and as an individual contributor
