Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the enterprise stress testing technology strategy and integrated delivery plan across all material risk types in EMEA.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements and architecture through implementation, exercise execution, regulatory submission, and BAU handover.
  • •Provide hands-on technical and architecture leadership across application, data, and integration patterns, driving secure development, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and resilience.
  • •Embed controls for data quality, reconciliation, approvals, audit evidence, and submission traceability from source data through calculations and reporting.
  • •Build and develop the technology team, coordinate multi-disciplinary delivery resources, manage suppliers and governance forums, and deliver executive reporting with lessons learned.
