Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services sector.
•A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
•Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Self-motivated, proactive, and able to drive results in a competitive market.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (highly desirable).
