Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for planning, safe execution, and delivery of a portfolio of Environment projects against As Sold or better financial KPIs.
  • •Evaluate day-to-day delivery performance, pricing strategies, risk management, forecasting/budgeting, and performance reporting for a range of clients/projects.
  • •Provide hands-on support to project managers for strong financial monitoring, issue prevention, risk mitigation, cash flow, and root-cause resolution of problems.
  • •Ensure scheduling tools and processes are used and supported by Project Controller and/or PDL.
  • •Mentor and direct Project Controls staff and develop deputy project managers and risk competencies; support proposals/pursuits with resource plans, schedules, pricing, and commercial risk evaluation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a comparable technical/business degree, plus 4 years of relevant experience (or equivalency).
  • •US Citizenship or Permanent Residency; sponsorship will not be available for this role now or in the future.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle records check (MVR) per company policy.
  • •Successful candidate must pass a background check.
  • •Preferred: experience managing projects across scope, schedule, budget, quality, resourcing, and client relationships; understanding scheduling and earned value management; and experience with multiple contract types.
