Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage complex customer engagements and project initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • •Drive project planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and delivery execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Build and maintain project schedules, action logs, risk registers, governance documentation, and executive-ready status reporting artifacts.
  • •Drive cross-functional execution and alignment across Engineering, Product Management, Testing, Operations, Legal, Sales, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • •Lead customer communications, governance discussions, delivery reviews, and project status meetings.
