Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs on split, ducted split, package, inverter, and VRF/VRV air-conditioning systems.
  • •Diagnose faults in compressors, fan motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, control boards, sensors, and refrigerant circuits.
  • •Carry out refrigerant leak testing, vacuuming, gas charging, and pressure checks.
  • •Clean and service evaporator coils, condenser coils, filters, blowers, drain trays, and drain lines.
  • •Attend emergency breakdown calls, restore equipment within required response time, and follow safety procedures, risk assessments, and permit-to-work requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience on split, ducted split, package, inverter, and VRF/VRV systems.
  • •Practical experience in refrigerant charging, leak detection, compressor replacement, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • •Familiarity with major A/C brands and manufacturer fault codes.
  • •Basic English communication and report-writing skills.
