Key Responsibilities

•Serve as technical DRI for foundational platform work and own architectural decisions for safe, reliable software delivery.
•Drive evolution of the Feature Rollout Service toward full service-to-service communication and retirement of legacy patterns.
•Lead architecture and delivery of the Experiment Platform (Horizon 1) for consistent, trustworthy experiments across product surfaces.
•Partner with platform and product engineering teams to ship Typeshare 2.0 and improve cross-language type safety and developer ergonomics.
•Improve developer experience and establish guardrails/best practices that protect reliability, security, and operational maturity while raising the organization’s platform thinking bar.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment.
•Hands-on experience building and evolving platform-level services such as feature flagging systems, schema management, developer tooling, or experimentation infrastructure.
•Ability to design scalable backend services and APIs that span multiple product surfaces and teams.
•Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives across frontend, backend, platform, and product stakeholders.
•Proficiency in Go.
