Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the inventory control (IC) team for chip inventory transactions, reconciliation, aging inventory management, and lot split/merge.
  • •Manage SAP quotations (OSAT) and perform scrap audits and factory physical audits with subcons.
  • •Support new system implementation projects and related IC UAT activities.
  • •Support new vendor/site bring-up for inventory control and reconciliation for APAC region.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external teams across geographies to improve business flows and work efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • •Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, and quantitative skills.
  • •Proficiency in business software applications including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, 3B2, and B2B.
  • •Fluent English skills for reading, writing, speaking, and listening; highly organized and detail-oriented with strong ownership.
  • •4+ years of related experience in semiconductors is preferred.
