Job Summary

Support the inventory control (IC) team for chip operations, covering inventory transactions, reconciliation, aging inventory management, and lot split/merge. Maintain quotations in SAP and execute scrap and factory physical audits with subcons. Help implement new IC systems and UAT, and support vendor/site bring-up for APAC inventory control and reconciliation. Partner across geographies to improve business flows and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the inventory control (IC) team for chip inventory transactions, reconciliation, aging inventory management, and lot split/merge.
•Manage SAP quotations (OSAT) and perform scrap audits and factory physical audits with subcons.
•Support new system implementation projects and related IC UAT activities.
•Support new vendor/site bring-up for inventory control and reconciliation for APAC region.
•Collaborate with internal and external teams across geographies to improve business flows and work efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
•Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, and quantitative skills.
•Proficiency in business software applications including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, 3B2, and B2B.
•Fluent English skills for reading, writing, speaking, and listening; highly organized and detail-oriented with strong ownership.
•4+ years of related experience in semiconductors is preferred.
