Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the annual CX GTM plan, aligning headcount, quota capacity, and investment to retention targets and operationalizing it through models and policies.
  • •Set the global retention forecasting methodology and accuracy standards, partnering with Renewal leadership to surface risks, trends, and corrective actions tied to KPIs.
  • •Design and maintain the CX operating model, including global QBR content and decision rights with follow-through on actions.
  • •Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives that change the retention motion and build performance/investment narratives for senior leadership and the Board.
  • •Own territory, policy, and data standards; run the RevOps Inbox and SLAs; and hire, coach, and develop a small CX strategy & operations team.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Strategy & Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Management Consulting, including 3+ years managing and developing a team.
  • •Experience owning a strategy and operations function end-to-end, covering plan, forecast, policy, and operating cadence.
  • •Hands-on expertise in annual GTM planning, book carve and capacity modeling, quota setting, and retention target design across a global organization.
  • •Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM), with preferred experience in Tableau and SQL (e.g., Databricks).
  • •Proven ability to lead complex, end-to-end change management programs across a global organization.
