Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure equipment is fully functional and available for production runs.
  • •Drive effective implementation of OEE initiatives and respond to recommendations from upper management.
  • •Inspect finished product and adjust machine settings to maintain quality according to the recipe.
  • •Communicate any issues that prevent optimal runs to the area supervisor to minimize downtime.
  • •Set up machines per production schedule with all equipment and materials ready for the run.
