Job Summary

Support the Demand Planning Manager in creating and maintaining regional demand plans and forecasts for UGG. Partner with brand leadership, Sales, supply planning, and Finance to deliver accurate forecasts that drive country-level sales plans. Play a key role in the seasonal buying cycle across the UK & EMEA, analyze sales by style/color/size, manage SKU selection, and ensure demand-planning outputs align with launches, intro dates, and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Create demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends to ensure the right product availability.
•Drive efficient SKU selection each season using historic trends and growth opportunities.
•Analyze sales at style, color, and size level to inform demand planning and maintain demand plans for wholesale selling seasons.
•Revisit and adjust demand plans in season to identify short-term opportunities and coordinate with stakeholders.
•Communicate proactively with Sales and Operations to maintain demand and supply visibility, including submitting demand summaries for monthly consensus forecasts and reviews.

•Commercially aware with knowledge across Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the end consumer.
•Mathematically minded with advanced Excel skills.
