Capco seeks a Consultant / Senior Consultant to drive large-scale change initiatives for financial services and insurance clients. Job Function: Consulting & Advisory

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and evaluate procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications to identify gaps between the current state and future state, and propose enhancements to current business processes, reports, and applications to optimize system effectiveness
•Be the liaison between business and technical users and work to ensure project timelines and milestones are met
•Responsible for delivering and managing projects, individual workstreams, and communicating project statuses to senior management
•Work on client sites to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across financial services, including investment banking, retail banking, technology, wealth, and insurance
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and IT capabilities

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years of experience as a management consultant with a top management consulting firm or equivalent
•Background in Financial Services and/or Insurance in one of Capco's core capability areas (Digital Transformation; Data Strategy, Data Management & Data Analytics; Business & Finance Transformation; IT Transformation)
•Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with stakeholders and clients at all levels
•Ability to produce high-quality verbal and written consulting deliverables (proposals, presentations, reports)
•Experience working on client sites and delivering cross-functional projects, with awareness of Agile ways of working (advantage)
