Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of station/pipeline/terminal facilities including tanks, valves, engines, motors, mixers, piping, and related areas.
  • •Monitor and maintain station activity reporting and records covering readings, over/short documentation, and oil movement orders.
  • •Complete pipeline and facility checks, operate rotating equipment and valves, LACT and metering systems, and hydrocarbon drain systems.
  • •Conduct measurements and testing including tank gauging, BSW tests, custody transfer ticket entry, daily inventory reporting, and product quality field tests.
  • •Inspect and maintain pipeline security and respond to leaks and abnormal/emergency events, including communications with the Pipeline Control Center and shift turnovers.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Ability to speak, read, and write English and perform basic math.
  • •Ability to read and interpret pipeline maps, technical drawings, and technical schematics.
  • •Basic knowledge of product measurement (gauging/metering/meter proving, product sampling) and petroleum product characteristics (gravity, viscosity, flash, BS&W, RVP).
  • •Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Office, Word) and ability to enter operational data into computer-based systems.
