Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and advance ML platform strategy, including vision, roadmap, standards, and shared tooling for scalable adoption across the ML lifecycle.
  • •Drive adoption and platform delivery by partnering with data science, ML engineering, and data engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver templates, CLIs, and standardized workflows with guardrails.
  • •Enable scalable ML operations by improving model movement from development to production, ensuring clear ownership, and driving adoption of shared platform components across markets.
  • •Communicate architecture, workflows, and trade-offs clearly to engineers and stakeholders, ensuring reliability and observability across platforms.
  • •Champion end-to-end platform capabilities (training-serving parity, model release standards, deployment patterns, monitoring) across cross-functional teams and markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience
  • •Relevant years of professional experience with a strong technical foundation
  • •Hands-on experience as a data scientist, machine learning engineer, or software engineer (strongly preferred)
  • •Experience working on complex, cross-functional technical problems involving data and platform systems
  • •Fluency in English (required); Portuguese or Spanish a plus
