Key Responsibilities

•Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards and build a best-practice QA model across projects.
•Facilitate regular calibration meetings to maintain knowledge and quality standards and provide feedback on implementation.
•Perform daily audits, analyze errors, and provide feedback to relevant teams; compile performance data reports for SMEs and management.
•Conduct RCA escalations through the relevant process and identify performance improvement opportunities across markets.
•Support policy updates and knowledge transfer with the Policy POC, lead policy briefings, and help design and implement training plans and onboarding SOPs/materials.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
•High proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken); fluent English required as the working language.
•Ability to understand labeling business logic and the workflows of upstream and downstream teams.
•Comfort collaborating with a broad range of XFN partners and navigating complex, ambiguous situations.
•Fast learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment; experience in content moderation/content quality/content safety/labeling is preferred.
