Job Summary

Shape and steward the company’s risk philosophy by designing and executing end-to-end risk and claims strategies across corporate, production, advertising, gaming, LIVE, and consumer experience businesses. Own the Total Cost of Risk framework, advise executives on risk implications of strategic decisions, and lead a global team managing insurance program design, coverage terms, pricing, and complex claims. Partner cross-functionally on governance, compliance, KPIs, and process automation.

•Own and continuously refine the risk philosophy and framework, including Total Cost of Risk optimization.
•Lead end-to-end Risk and Claims Management across multiple Netflix business lines.
•Oversee a global team handling insurance program design, placement, pricing, coverage terms, and claims resolution.
•Direct claims strategies and outcomes, including management of TPAs, major/complex claims, and return-to-work programs.
•Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks, leverage analytics/technology for performance improvements, and drive process scalability/automation while partnering cross-functionally on governance and compliance.

Salary: USD 442,000 - 780,000 annually

•Experience managing complex claims and working with actuaries/actuarial methodologies, including alternative risk finance techniques.
