Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and continuously refine the risk philosophy and framework, including Total Cost of Risk optimization.
  • •Lead end-to-end Risk and Claims Management across multiple Netflix business lines.
  • •Oversee a global team handling insurance program design, placement, pricing, coverage terms, and claims resolution.
  • •Direct claims strategies and outcomes, including management of TPAs, major/complex claims, and return-to-work programs.
  • •Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks, leverage analytics/technology for performance improvements, and drive process scalability/automation while partnering cross-functionally on governance and compliance.

Key Requirements
