Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish collaborative processes to design, implement, validate, and deliver key software library capabilities and ensure integration into broader systems.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to establish, validate, and update the software roadmap and provide technical governance strategies.
  • •Lead scoping for new architectures and design adaptations and create supporting documentation efforts across teams.
  • •Review technical designs and proposed approaches to holistically consider constraints, performance, and roadmap commitments; research new technologies and methodologies.
  • •Use organizational sensing to identify at-risk plans, uplift teams with strategies, and capture tacit knowledge into self-service and digital forms; participate in hiring and partner with technical managers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 250,600 - 358,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degrees (e.g., M.Sc., M.Eng., Ph.D.) are preferred.
  • •Applied systems engineering experience improving software delivery across the lifecycle, including build robustness, regression/performance management, deployment, and orchestration.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional contributions to inner-source or open-source software and maturing teams using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • •Ability to independently conduct and direct structured research and produce executive and peer technical documents.
  • •Hands-on experience converting tacit knowledge into institutional artifacts via mentoring and proven success stories.
