Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line Coach brand ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, while driving sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, merchandising, and asset protection, while meeting individual and team KPIs.
