Job Summary

Own end-to-end testing for cloud-based networking applications and services, including functional, integration, performance, scale, and load validations. Build and automate test strategy, test planning, and automated suites for API and GUI. Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, and CloudOps, review deployments and gaps in test coverage, and provide feedback on automation code. Use tools and frameworks across cloud, containers, virtualization, and Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and execute end-to-end test strategy, test planning, and automated test suites for cloud-based networking applications and services.
•Perform functional, integration, performance, scale, and load validation, including functional/security and performance aspects for APIs.
•Automate features end-to-end across API and GUI; provide feedback and review automation code written by other team members.
•Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, CloudOps, and other teams; validate test coverage by reviewing customer deployments and issues.
•Test networking protocols and enterprise wired/wireless environments, using relevant tools and maintaining proficiency in Linux/Unix OS.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
•3 to 12 years of QA experience, including in network management/orchestration domain.
•Hands-on programming and automation experience using Java, Python, ROBOT, Perl, Go, or TCL/TK.
•Strong experience creating end-to-end test strategy and test planning, and automating test suites for cloud networking applications.
•Experience with API and UI testing (REST preferred, Selenium/Robot framework/Python) plus performance testing and monitoring tools.
