Job Summary

Operate a variety of automotive trucks and related mobile equipment at a quarry/plant site to haul stone, earth, waste lubricants, fuel, water, supplies, and materials. Follow MSHA/OSHA/DOT safety rules, complete daily and pre-shift safety assignments and inspections, and perform general laboring and cleanup duties as needed. Maintain equipment and verify safe loading, dumping areas, and stockpile conditions to prevent hazards and contamination.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate automotive trucks to haul stone, earth, waste lubricants, fuel, water, supplies, and miscellaneous materials
•Adhere to and enforce MSHA/OSHA/DOT and site safety requirements, including daily safety assignments and pre-shift inspections
•Haul and dump materials as required, inspecting berms, stockpiles, and dump areas for stability and hazards
•Operate skid steers for cleanup around the plant and maintain cab shields and equipment cleanliness
•Maintain truck operations by checking and adding fuel/coolants/lubricants/ignition aids as needed and servicing the vehicle while reporting conditions
