Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the Defence & Aerospace strategy aligned to DP World India’s freight forwarding and integrated logistics capabilities.
•Drive revenue and EBIT targets with a strong focus on compliant, sustainable, and repeatable business.
•Build a qualified pipeline (minimum 4–5x of target) with disciplined focus on deal quality and margin.
•Lead consultative sales engagements with Defence PSUs, DPSUs, OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers, and aerospace manufacturers.
•Engage with government bodies, defence establishments, and regulatory authorities in a professional, discreet, and compliant manner.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (required)
•Deep consultative selling experience with defence ecosystem (PSUs/DPSUs, OEMs, Tier 1/2 suppliers)
•Proven ability to engage with government bodies and regulatory authorities
•Strong focus on long-cycle sales, compliance, and governance
