Job Summary

Drive a ready-mix concrete truck with a concrete mixer to deliver concrete to construction job sites in the Helena area. Operate equipment safely and efficiently, complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections, follow dispatch instructions and applicable laws, and maintain delivery quality (including slump). Communicate with the dispatcher, manage delivery tickets and signatures, and perform vehicle/operator maintenance and minor repairs as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate equipment safely and efficiently within designed parameters.
•Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or repair issues.
•Operate ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to construction sites per dispatch instructions while obeying applicable laws.
•Ensure delivery quality (e.g., slump) and complete delivery tickets and required signatures.
•Maintain operator logs and records in accordance with company policy and Department of Transportation regulations.

Key Requirements

•Valid Class A or B CDL (unrestricted) and current DOT medical card.
•Excellent customer service skills.

•Ability to comply with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and other company/state rules and pass pre-employment physical and drug testing.
