Key Responsibilities

  • •Dump and load agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, loosening nuts, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching flexible hoses.
  • •Control and monitor all load-out functions and operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Complete daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and inspection tasks, including lubrication and checking equipment for seeps and leaks.
  • •Maintain clean, safe work areas through housekeeping tasks (sweeping, shoveling, power washing, scraping, and spill cleanup) and promptly report safety concerns and repair/maintenance needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Meet the minimum age requirement.
