Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support creation, maintenance, and updating of integrated project schedules using industry-standard scheduling tools.
  • •Coordinate schedule inputs from contractors, consultants, and project team members, and maintain labor histograms, resource forecasts, and manpower plans.
  • •Monitor progress against approved baselines and identify schedule variances, delays, and recovery opportunities.
  • •Perform schedule analysis (including critical path and float analysis) and support schedule risk assessments and quantitative risk analyses.
  • •Assist with Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and reporting, prepare planning reports/dashboards, and maintain planning documentation and schedule change records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • •2 to 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
  • •Internship, co-op, or project support experience within construction, energy, utilities, mining, infrastructure, or industrial projects (asset).
  • •Basic understanding of project scheduling principles and project controls methodologies.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software.
