Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee a specific kitchen station (e.g., sauces, grill, pastry) to ensure timely and quality output.
•Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
•Ensure quality and presentation meet culinary standards and contribute to menu development.
•Supervise, train, and develop junior cooks and kitchen staff within the assigned station.
•Coordinate with Head Chef and other Chef de Parties to maintain overall kitchen coordination and inventory control.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
•Minimum 5 years of working experience (3 years relevant) with GCC experience a plus
•Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and cooking principles across cuisines
•Experience in inventory control, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance
•Ability to mentor and train junior kitchen staff and contribute to menu planning and recipe development
