Key Requirements

  • •Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in transportation sector (e.g., Metro/LRT, rail) and/or technical buildings such as healthcare, highrise residential/commercial, and data centers, with a proven record in project management.
  • •Hands-on experience in ACMV, Fire Protection and Detection, Medical Gas systems, Cold/Hot water systems, Lifts and Escalators, and Sanitary Plumbing and Drainage systems.
  • •Registered with Board of Engineer (BEM) and/or have Professional Engineer with Practice Certification status.
  • •Proficiency in working with BIM at multiple levels of detail (including 3D-6D and LODs 200-400) and familiarity with relevant building codes and healthcare-specific codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA).
